In the beginning

In the beginning, there was an idea, and a whole lot of empty spaces.
In the beginning, I didn't know what I was getting myself into.
In the beginning, I was excited to write this story.
Now...I'm excited to share it.

I hope my readers enjoy Hautingly Familiar as much as I did when writing it. I can honestly say that while I sit here editing it, I actually get shivers that run up and down my spine. I tell myself it's because I lived that scene, and now it's there in print. But my previewers tell me the chills are real.

Well enough blogging. A good friend of mine who also happens to be an author, told me once that blogging is what authors do when they're procrastinating!
So true!
